ABOUT FLEUR
TINA WHITNEY
PASSIONATE CREATIVITY
FROM SEATTLE TO IOWA CITY

Since opening its doors, Tina Whitney hasn't been able to make juice fast enough. That is a good sign, however, meaning the product her new North Liberty restaurant is serving up is what customers crave.
“What’s coming into North Liberty?" Whitney said. "You’ve got Domino's, Little Caesar’s, Jimmy Johns, Burger King… it’s fast food, it’s unhealthy, it’s high in sodium,| Whitney said. "So I was really struggling to find somewhere to eat and get really healthy smoothies and drinks."
Her desire for an area healthy option got to be so intense, she decided to make that option herself with Smash Juice Bar & Eatery, which had a soft opening on Saturday, Oct. 19, located at 620 Pacha Parkway.

ON SEASON
Embracing the rhythm of the seasons, we craft our menu around what is naturally available. Eating with the seasons brings a delightful variety to our offerings, making each visit to Smash Juice Bar a unique culinary adventure that mirrors the natural world around us.
COMMUNITY FRIENDLY
We're more than a juice bar; we're a community hub. Our connection to the community is deep-rooted, extending beyond the walls of our establishment. We're dedicated to creating a space where everyone feels welcome, a place where friendships are formed over nutritious, delicious meals.
